Our friends from uni came up to Leeds for a couple of days so we celebrated not seeing them for SOOOO long with a bottomless brunch!
We researched a little and found that Dirty Martini was one of the only bars that offered a bottomless brunch during the week. The menu looked lovely with meat and veggie options, perfect as 2 of us are veggies. It was £22.50 for one hour and a half which we thought was a good deal so booked ourselves in!

The 7 choices of drinks, including 3 martinis to choose from, is a really fab offer from bottomless brunch, and the gins could be taken with tonic, lemonade or slimline - perfect for everyone!
On arrival to our seats we were met with Prosecco, and as for the drinks for the rest of the hour and a half, they were so efficient! We initially thought that we would have to constantly be chasing up the servers but they were very attentive and on the ball. Once we'd taken our first sip of Prosecco (and every drink afterwards) the waitresses were straight back to our table taking our next drink orders to ensure we got the most out of our money! She was coming up to the table as though she was on a mission and asking us if we wanted more drinks- usually whilst we still had almost a full drink in our hands. It was great! This definitely saved us the awkwardness of having to ask and chase them for French martini after French martini.
The presentation of the food was beautiful with a three-tiered birdcage! This resembled afternoon tea which fit in well with the 'brunch' vibe. Although was quite a contrast to the actual food as we were presented with a lovely assortment of nibbles and it was all delicious and full of flavour! Even the fussiest of our group finished their plates, haha, there really was something there for everyone.
As for the COVID-19 safety test, it passed! We had to sign in on Track and Trace and our temperatures taken upon arrival - I felt the same way you do when you go through security at the airport! Also, there were screens between every table and the restaurant wasn't too full! The server kept at a safe distance and there was hand sanitiser upon arrival at the door.
After our one and a half hours was up in Dirty Martini, we headed to our booking at Revolution, Electric Press and were met with happy hour cocktails! We had an array of fancy cocktails, including a pornstar martini, mojito, 'zombie', 'mean girl' and 'bubblegum daiquiri'. This was such a change in atmosphere as the music was louder and we were a quite tipsy by this point! It was as though the brunch was the classy pre-drinks place and Revs was our party venue. It was difficult to keep still and not get up and dance!
| Of course we had to get pics in the Revs photobooth! |
